Partnered with highly specialized training and consulting firm with a focus on the hospitality industry.

1. Each member assigned to this project underwent a certified three day training program designed to instruct the key selling skills: reception and rapport- building; customer qualification; presentation; price-quoting/upselling; closing; and follow-up.
2. Team members conducted "shop calls" on NSC's core clientele to evaluate and provide feedback on their selling skills. 
3. Members developed an Executive Summary which charted customer performance over the course of their exposure to NSC's training. Given this, NSC was able to visually and numerically demonstrate their value to clients. 

RXBAR

Partnered with newly founded Chicago based protein bar company:

1. Worked to place the product in University coffee shops and with local Hyde Park vendors.
2. Collected data on best selling bars and optimal display location. Formatted data in excel spreadsheet to demonstrate the speed with which new vendors could expect to sell the product. Used this evidence to demonstrate value to reluctant vendors and convince them to purchase RXBAR.
